Washing:
- Wash in cold water before first use. Hand wash to improve durability.
- Avoid bleaching
- Some shrinkage might occur after the first wash.

Disposal:
- Cut into small pieces before composting to avoid getting caught in the compost machine.

Care Tips:
- Replace it after one month usage or when it starts to stink (depending on the frequency of usage).
- Avoid using on high-temperature surfaces such as ovens and stoves before cooling down

Free Expedited Shipping (2-8 businesses) with tracking for orders CAD $75+.

For orders under CAD $75, if free standard shipping is not available, CAD $15 Expedited Parcel (2-8 business days) with tracking.

Local Pick Up

We're located in Squamish, British Columbia. If you order for local pick up, you’ll receive a pick up notification when your order is ready (usually within 24 hours). Once you receive your pick up notification, please send us an email indicating what time you’d like to come by so we can have your order ready to go.

Free Tracked Packet - USA Shipping (4-7 business days) with Tracking for orders over CAD $100 (before taxes).

For orders under CAD $100, shipping fee is calculated at the checkout. We offer Tracked Packet - USA and Untracked Small Packet USA - Air. 

The buyer is responsible for imports, taxes, and duties.
