Caring for your reusable bags properly will ensure a lifetime of use! You don't need to wash your bags after each use if you're using them for dry items or produce with skins or peels. Turn inside out and shake out any matter and pin them up on a clothes line to air out.​

WASHING
All of our bags are machine washable. Use an eco-friendly unscented detergent and a cold water wash. However, we recommend hand washing your bags unless it's necessary for a more thorough clean.

DRYING:
The cotton & reusable produce bags are all pre-shrunk and can be put in the dryer with any load of clothes (but go green and let them air dry).

COMPOST:
Providing the best care for your products will ensure you have them for many years to come. When the time comes to replace them, all of our organic cotton produce and bulk bags can be placed right into your home compost and will break down over a few months. If you use a commercial compost service they will break down into natural matter even faster.

No change – We continue to ship via Canada Post & UPS depending on destination and cost. All parcels are sent with Tracking.

Delays possible. We will continue to use Canada Post for this service, as no alternative is available.

USA Shipping:
All U.S. orders continue to ship via Canada Post. Delays may occur.

We offer free Canada Post standard letter mail shipping for orders over $25. The service is untracked and uninsured.

Items NOT Eligible for Standard Letter Mail

We offer FREE expedited shipping for orders over the free shipping limits. For orders under the limits, we charge a flat fee based on your location.

USA

We offer FREE expedited shipping for orders over CAD $125. For orders under the limit, shipping fee is calculated at the checkout.

The buyer is responsible for imports, taxes, and duties.
