Shipping Information Long Form

Holiday Order - Recommended Deadline: 11th December 2022

We recommend to order by 11th December to allow time for your order to arrive by December 25th. Orders might still arrive in time if you place them after the recommended deadline, but given the extra processing volume for Canada Post during the busy period, there might be unexpected delays. 

We ship to Canada and US through Canada Post with the following options:

CANADA

Free Expedited Shipping (2-8 businesses) with tracking for orders CAD $75+.

Free Standard Lettermail Shipping (2-8 businesses) without tracking for orders CAD 25+. Items must meet the maximum allowable dimension: 380 mm x 270 mm x 20 mm (14.9'' x 10.6'' x 0.8''). Your order may arrive in multiple packages to in order to comply with the dimension requirements.

For items eligible for Standard Lettermail shipping, we charge $7 shipping fee for any orders below CAD 25. Your order will be sent via Standard Lettermail without tracking.

For items not eligible for Standard Lettermail shipping, we charge $15 shipping fee for any orders below CAD 75. Your order will be sent via Expedited Parcel with tracking.

Local Pick Up

We're located in Squamish, British Columbia. If you order for local pick up, you’ll receive a pick up notification when your order is ready (usually within 24 hours). Once you receive your pick up notification, please send us an email indicating what time you’d like to come by so we can have your order ready to go.

USA

Free Tracked Packet - USA Shipping (4-7 business days) with Tracking for orders over CAD $75 (before taxes).

For orders under CAD $75, shipping fee is calculated at the checkout. We offer Tracked Packet - USA and Untracked Small Packet USA - Air. 

The buyer is responsible for imports, taxes, and duties.
